“ Great breakfast spot with super cool vibes and decor. Note: There is a 1 hour seating policy. While I don't love the idea of having to rush through a meal, I understand why, as this place can get extremely busy. We both had waffles. She had the "loaded" version. I had bacon on the side. Iced latte for her and black coffee for me. Staff were all super friendly. I'd definitely try this place again, on a nicer day, as the patio looks great. ”
“ The Morning After – A Brunch Experience Like No Other If you’re looking for a brunch spot that delivers more than just great food, The Morning After is the place to be. “ If you're ever downtown T.O. I highly recommend this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from Rogers Center. They accommodated our group of 11 without hesitation... moved furniture around so that our group could sit together...the service was BEYOND top notch. I really can't say anything bad our experience. The food.... OH.MY.GOSH...we did the brunch... i personally had the chicken and waffles.... SO FREAKING GOOD. It's a bit on a the pricier side, but worth every dollar, quality and portion size are totally worth the price. ”
“ Came here for the second time on my birthday and the service was great, the employees are super friendly and attentive. We ordered the “shortys got cake” pancakes with two mango mimosas as well as a side sausage and a home fry. The pancakes are the fluffiest things ever and they taste amazing. The presentation of all their food that comes out of the kitchen is top tier. ”
“ We came as a party of two on a Tuesday afternoon. The restaurant was about half full and we had no issues getting a table without reservations. We ordered some coffee, the fried chicken and waffles, and a side of homefries. The food came out extremely quick - even before our drinks did! Service was quick, friendly, and to the point. No issues here. The food itself was solid. The syrup I found a tad too sweet, but that's typical for the dish. The potatoes were very crispy, and the chicken was juicy. I also really liked their home habanero hot sauce (you need to request this). Overall it was great, and I can see why it's damn near impossible to get a seat here on the weekends. I'd come back! ”
“ I love this restaurant! The vibes are great and the food is always delicious. Asia was our server and gave excellent top tier service. She is soo nice and took care of us really well. I came on my birthday and they gave me a cute birthday celebration! Definitely coming back soon! ”
“ I loved this breakfast place, it’s well situated and it’s a vibe. They had a dj playing when we came, was a little loud but it was good music for my taste but possibly not for everyone. Food was okay, definitely missing a little flavour, but it wasn’t bad either. I would go back to try other stuff on the menu and would recommend to anyone as well. It was quite packed, couldn’t reserve on the phone or online. No one was picking up, so when we got there, there was no space but the waitress suggested bar seating which was fine and suitable for us. ”
“ Hands down incredible breakfast! Our server Asia was so bubbly and totally on the ball. This was our first time in! Found pricing to be extremely reasonable for Toronto and portions were immense. Presentation was great too. Just an overall phenomenal experience and will be back! ”
